A local restoration company serving all five boroughs โ and the people behind the phone number.
I grew up in my father's architecture studio in Spain. After school I went there instead of going home. Long before I understood it was going to be my career, I was around drawings, materials and job sites — learning what a building is actually made of, and what it takes to put one together properly.
Later I started my own company in the Netherlands and Germany and ran it for ten years. Northern Europe teaches you two things fast. The first is efficiency: wasted time is wasted money, and it is the client's money. The second is that quality is not decoration — it is whether the work is still sound in twenty years. You do it right once, or you do it twice. In those years I worked on projects I am still proud of, including the renovation of the Amsterdam Zoo.
I brought that training and that work ethic to the United States, to Los Angeles. I spent my first years there working alongside several general contractors, learning how things are done here — American codes, American materials, the way a job runs on this side of the ocean. Once I was sure of the ground under my feet, I started my own company again.
That is where the work turned toward water damage, and it changed how I see this trade. A flooded apartment is not a construction project to the family standing in it. It is their life interrupted — their floors, their kitchen, their kids' rooms, and usually an insurance company on the phone. Our job was never just to dry a building. It was to get people back to normal.
I came to New York to be closer to my family. I did not expect to fall in love with the city, but I did — with the buildings, and even more with the people in them. So I stayed. And I do here what I have done my entire life: build things properly, and repair what water breaks.
That is the whole company. No call center, no franchise, no crew you have never met. When you call, you are dealing with the person whose name is on the business — in English or in Spanish.
Day, night, weekend, holiday. Not a call center, not a voicemail box you're praying gets checked.
If a job is smaller than you feared, we'll say so. We don't sell you demolition you don't need.
Photos and moisture readings from start to finish, handed to you at the end โ your record, not just ours.
We dry it and we rebuild it. One company, one contact, one crew accountable for the result.
