Water Damage Services

Emergency mitigation, structural drying and the repairs that put your property back together โ€” handled by one company, start to finish.

๐Ÿšจ Water emergency right now? Call (347) 864-7547 โ€” we answer 24/7.
Emergency Mitigation
Stopping the Damage First
Water damage gets worse by the hour. Drywall wicks moisture upward, flooring delaminates, and damage compounds by the hour. Everything below is about getting ahead of that clock.
๐Ÿ’ง

Emergency Water Extraction

Standing water pulled out fast with truck-mounted and portable extractors, so it stops soaking into everything it touches.

  • Burst and frozen pipes
  • Water heater and appliance failures
  • Roof leaks and storm flooding
  • Basement and cellar flooding
  • Overflowing tubs, sinks and toilets
๐Ÿ’จ

Structural Drying & Dehumidification

Extraction alone doesn't dry a building. We set air movers and commercial dehumidifiers and monitor with moisture meters until the structure reads dry โ€” not until it looks dry.

  • Daily moisture readings, logged
  • Wall cavity and subfloor drying
  • Hardwood floor drying systems
  • Documented dry standard on completion
๐Ÿ”

Leak Detection & Moisture Mapping

Water travels. What you can see is rarely the whole story — it runs along joists, sits inside wall cavities and under flooring where nothing looks wrong from the room.

  • Moisture meters and thermal imaging
  • Wall cavity and subfloor readings
  • Mapping how far the water actually spread
  • Findings documented for your claim
๐Ÿงน

Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup

Sewage backups and grey water are a health issue, not just a mess. Handled with the right protection, disposed of properly, and sanitized top to bottom.

  • Sewage backup extraction
  • Contaminated material removal
  • Full sanitizing and deodorizing
  • Safe disposal and documentation
Putting It Back
Repairs & Reconstruction
Most companies dry the building and hand you a list of contractors to call. We do the rebuild too โ€” one company, one point of contact, from the first bucket of water to the last coat of paint.
๐Ÿงฑ

Drywall & Insulation

Cut-out sections replaced, taped, finished and painted to blend with the existing wall.

๐Ÿชต

Flooring

Hardwood, laminate, tile and carpet โ€” repaired or replaced and matched as closely as the material allows.

๐ŸŽจ

Paint & Finish Work

Priming, sealing water stains, trim, baseboard and final paint.

๐Ÿšฟ

Ceilings & Bathrooms

Collapsed ceilings, tile work and the fixture repairs that usually come with an upstairs leak.

๐Ÿ”ง

Leak Source Repair

Finding and fixing what caused it, so you're not paying to restore the same room twice.

๐Ÿงฝ

Content Cleaning

Cleaning, drying and protecting the belongings that can be saved.

Insurance
We Speak Adjuster
Most of our work is insurance restoration, and most claim problems come from bad documentation. We photograph conditions before anything is touched, log moisture readings daily, and write the scope the way carriers expect to receive it.
1

Documented From Minute One

Photos, readings and notes taken before any material is removed.

2

Scope Written Properly

Line-item scope in the format adjusters work from, not a one-line estimate.

3

We Talk to the Carrier

We deal with the adjuster directly so you're not stuck translating.

4

You Keep the File

Complete photo and moisture record handed to you at the end of the job.

Note: we're a restoration contractor, not a public adjuster or insurance agent. We document the work and communicate with your carrier โ€” we don't negotiate your claim or give you coverage advice.

Common Questions
Before You Call
Short answers to what people ask us most.
How fast can you get here?

We answer the phone 24 hours a day and dispatch immediately for active emergencies. Response time depends on borough and traffic, but same-day is standard and we aim for within the hour on true emergencies.

What should I do before you arrive?

If it's safe, shut off the water at the source or main. Do not touch standing water near outlets or panels โ€” electricity and water together is a real risk. Move what you can lift to a dry area, and start taking photos of everything.

Will my insurance cover this?

Sudden and accidental water damage is usually covered; long-term seepage and neglected maintenance usually isn't. Your policy decides, not us. What we can promise is documentation good enough that coverage isn't lost to a weak paper trail.

How long does drying take?

Typically three to five days for the drying phase, depending on how much water there was, what materials got wet, and how long it sat. Reconstruction time depends on the scope of repairs.

Do you charge for an estimate?

Estimates are free.

Do you handle the repairs too, or just the drying?

Both. We dry it and we rebuild it, so you're not hiring a second contractor to finish what we started.
